As part of our Quality Assurance accreditation we have developed a set of very efficient and effective Operations, Management and Training procedures. These are based on our expertise gained from our years of successfully providing maintenance and capital works services to remote Aboriginal Communities in the Kimberley region. This expertise is further supplemented by our shareholder companies and employees’ individual experience of between 20-30 years in the provision of service in remote communities.
Our procedures recognise and address the unique conditions and challenges faced by our personnel servicing essential infrastructure in this region. Included among these are issues associated with understanding Aboriginal culture and lifestyle as well as maintaining our successful association within the communities, to communicate effectively and work cooperatively to provide successful outcomes.
In addition, our Quality Assurance plan is based on the Industry Standards as they apply to Personnel/Tradesman Qualifications, Government Standards for Material Handling, Electrical Installations and Equipment, Water and Waste Water Standards.
